Okademy USA is building faith-driven tech talent in the United States. We are looking for volunteer trainers, mentors, and professionals in the US who want to use their expertise in person to help students take their next step — in education, in the workforce, or in a new career.

As a volunteer tech trainer in the United States, you help close the digital divide, restore dignity through meaningful work, and prepare learners to serve their communities. Whether you give one hour or a full course, your contribution ripples into families, churches, and neighborhoods.
Technical instruction
Lead workshops or mentor learners in IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, software development, cloud infrastructure, or data tools.
Curriculum support
Help review, build, or translate course materials, exercises, and projects so they stay practical and up-to-date.
Career coaching
Guide students on resumes, interviews, portfolio building, and discernment between higher education, workforce entry, and career switching.
In-person in the US
Join us in Minneapolis, MN for hands-on training sessions, or connect with us as we expand to Nashville, TN and other US locations.

- A desire to serve others through your technical skills and experience
- Professional experience in tech, business, education, or a related field
- Willingness to commit to an agreed schedule — from a single workshop to a full term
- Heart for mentoring learners from diverse backgrounds in the United States
